Registration Information

Early registration is encouraged to plan for the conference.

Registration for the conference is $95.00 per person ($150.00 for husband and wife) if completed by February 9. After that, the late and on-site registration will be $125.00. Complete the Registration Form and mail with the registration fee by February 9.
